State Police are investigating an arson incident in Harrison Township, Potter County that occurred between 1-22-2013 at 4:00 PM and 1-23-2013 at 6:00 AM.
A 2011 Dodge 2500 Diesel, white in color with PA registration YWZ 9196 was positively identified as a vehicle that was reported stolen to PSP Mansfield from Groff's Tire along Rt. 49, Westfield, PA, on January 23, 2013. The vehicle was destroyed by fire along Flewellen Road in Harrison Township. Justin Michael Schaar, 26, of Westfield is listed as the victim/owner.
This investigation remains open and anyone with any information is asked to contact PSP Coudersport at 814-274-8690. Trooper Butler or Trooper Surra are in charge of the investigation.
