he was probably growing it for the residents of Colorado.. Opps no one got the memo...
PA needs to join and legalize and tax it like cigarettes, will help the debt problem!
One more person whos going to jail, and the taxpayers will provide for. probably trying to make a buck. Legalize it and get it over with.
Doesn't make you wonder why his girlfriend wasn't charged? It's a small trailer there's no way she couldn't have known.

And Lose The Kids.
Its Not Fair To The Kids
To Be In That Mess
Ugh.. I don't use marijuana, never have.. but seriously.. aren't there bigger fish to fry, so to speak??? I don't judge those who do.
BUT,BUT,BUT OFFICER, IT WASN'T MINE. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT GOT THERE.
Seriously? Does the fact that it's still ILLEGAL in Pennsylvania escape you people??? Meth dealers and child pornographers are trying to make a buck too, would you like law enforcement to turn a blind eye to them as well? The "little fish" turn into the "bigger fish to fry" & cost a whole lot more to prosecute so that excuse doesn't fly (no pun intended, not that anyone will get it anyway).
"The "little fish" turn into the "bigger fish to fry" & cost a whole lot more to prosecute so that excuse doesn't fly"
Seriously? So what you are saying is that this guy was on his way to a full scale meth lab? That's dumb.
In unrelated news 6 incarcerated for J walking yesterday.
i wanna be the first to blame it on obama hahahaha as tom petty said right before his concert i quote "" i want to say im sorry for the dely in the concert but i can't perform unless im stoned"" haha
you people are quit freaking ignorant he was growing this shit with children around that alone should be at least 5 yrs.
Shouldn't have been doing it with a kid in the house, period, no matter how legal it should be or is in other states.
to poster 2:58 gee whiz you cops sure are at the top of the food chain are"nt you?

Seriously? That's what you took from that post?
No...my....point...was...illegal....is....illegal...if...you're...too...stupid...to...figure...that...out...you...belong...in...jail.
Was that slow enough for you to keep up?
its ok to avertise alcohol which makes u violent and drive drunk oh for god sakes stop bein so ignorant legalize it its time now yet another person has to go to jail no wonder the jails are crowded over this idiotic law go aqfter the real criminals
We should ban marijuana so nobody will have it....Oh wait, another FAIL by the feds.
I don't think anyone will ever be happy with the work that police do. If they do nothing I see complaints on here and then if they do their job people still complain. Maybe they should let everyone run wild on drugs and then how many complaints you all come up with. And yes, he was making money, but guess what, so do...by going to work everyday and then I come home at night and take care of my family. I'm not growing massive amounts of marijuana in my house with my children. Officers...keep up the great work!
THE ONCE COMPLAINING ON HERE ARE PROBABLY USING IT THEMSELVES.
9:59... the "ONCE" complaining about it? Have another bong hit man... maybe you meant the ONES?
I would like to know how much this cost in overtime for the officers. That is where a big cost will be let alone the cost of incarcerating someone for marijuana. In parts of the state where educated people live he would have walked on ROR bail. Not good use of the taxpayers funds Mr.DA
Seriously, people are getting a wedgie because he was growing a herb, weed etc in a area where children are. Houseplants are more poisonous then pot. It is time for it to be legal. You'd see your war on drugs decline. Alcohol is more damaging. I don't smoke anything. A few on you on here ought to do some research on pot before commenting. Maybe the people who have little bars in their homes should be arrested cause kids live there. So tired of the law telling us what we can & can not do for our own safety.
here we go again...........pot is not a drug.it is used for various medical conditions, it is not like alchol, that can kill ya, some prescription pills can kill ya. i have not heard of any body dying smoking pot. once they seize all these plants they either burn it, get highor put out in there to be sold think about it.
