Route 15 NB to be closed for crashed tractor trailer removal

PennDOT advises motorists that Route 15 northbound at Trout Run will be closed at approximately 10:30 a.m. so a tractor trailer that crashed yesterday can be removed from the scene. The road is expected to be closed for about one-and-a-half hours. Traffic will be detoured onto Route 14. A message board and signs will be in place to mark the detour

12:45 p.m. UPDATE: Both Route 15 northbound lanes will be closed north of Trout Run in Lycoming County by 1 p.m.

Emergency responders anticipate the detour for Route 15 north, using Routes 14 north and 6 west, will be in effect through the remainder of the afternoon today.
