Happy New Year! Today the Senate of Pennsylvania reconvened for the 2013-2014 Swearing-In Ceremony. I am honored to have been unanimously elected by my colleagues to serve as Senate President Pro Tempore for the 2013-2014 Legislative Session and offered the following remarks after being Sworn-In.
