A Criminal Mischief incident is under investigation by State Police.
Daniel F. Schoonover, Sr. 68, of 19 SR449 North, Genesee, PA, told Trooper Brian Ladick that someone threw nails in his driveway between 12/26/2012 and 1-5-2013.

I think you are right on this.
How do you not notice that there are nails in your driveway for that long of a period... Really from 12/26/12 to 1/5/13 it took that long to notice them.. How do you know that the nails were put there between those dates? Seem odd to me but then thats just me.
Sounds like someone is trying everything he can think of to get the other guy in trouble since he knows he'll lose his job for assaulting his coworker.
12:41, Its called SNOW! If you recall we had a lot of snow right after Christmas. The nails get thown on the driveway, gets covered by the snow, the snow melts off, now you notice the nails. If its a gravel driveway you wouldn't notice until the melt.

Yeh I know about the snow.But i am sure they plow the driveway, go for there mail, and use there vehicles on a daily basis. You can't tell me you don't look down! It just suprises me that no one noticed. There are two houses that use that driveway two houses that go for mail that crosses that driveway,two houses one driveway. And NO ONE LOOKS WHERE THEY WALK SO THEY DON'T FALL IN THE SNOW? ok its your story you tell it like you want it!
