Traffic Stop leads to drug arrest
On Wednesday - January 16, 2013, subsequent to a traffic stop on State Route 275 in the Town of Wirt, ANTHONY M. PROCTOR, age 21, of Friendship, NY was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.. 

PROCTOR was issued an appearance ticket and a uniform traffic ticket both returnable to the Town of Wirt court on January 23rd, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.
