Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle leads to additional charges
State Police Amity -
On Thursday, January 10, 2013, State Police Amity arrested Wilbur L. Fountain Jr., 37, of Wellsville, NY for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Felony DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st following a complaint in the town of Andover.
Fountain is accused of taking a vehicle without the owner's permission.
He was later located in the village of Wellsville where he was arrested. Fountain was processed and arraigned before the Village of Andover Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in leiu of $10,000 bail.
