A Coudersport driver was cited by State Police for Roadways Laned For Traffic after his 2005 Honday Civic slid off the snow and ice covered road, hitting a tree and then a house.

James N. McGarvey, 52, of Coudersport, PA,  was unhurt in the crash on Wednesday at 6:15 AM on North Ayers Hill Road, just prior to Black Hole Road in Summit Township.

if he was going too fast then why wasn't he cited for driving too fast for road conditions and not the other charge?
