A Coudersport driver was cited by State Police for Roadways Laned For Traffic after his 2005 Honday Civic slid off the snow and ice covered road, hitting a tree and then a house.
James N. McGarvey, 52, of Coudersport, PA, was unhurt in the crash on Wednesday at 6:15 AM on North Ayers Hill Road, just prior to Black Hole Road in Summit Township.
Trooper Steven Schmit said the steering on the car was disabled and the vehicle had to be towed from the scene. He said McGarvey was properly restrained by his seat belt in the crash.

he was going to fast
if he was going too fast then why wasn't he cited for driving too fast for road conditions and not the other charge?
Because he wasn't going to fast....the roads were in terrible conditions!
if the roads was bad the wood been a 2hr delay
