This is so sad. My sister and her daughter were the only ones who helped when this occurred and the little girl was crying as cars just kept driving by proceeding to splash them and no one else stopped to help. What is wrong with people these days.
It took so long for any help to arrive. The guy didn't survive.
my sister and her daughter are the ones that were there helping this man she called 911 and held his hand while talking to the dispatcher her name is lisa banks. our hearts go out this family. she did what she could till help arrived. the police called her a little while ago and let her know he didnt survive. her daughter is very upset. atleast he isnt in anymore pain. we hope his wife can find some peace and that she has family and friends to support her at this heartbreaking time.
According to his family he did survive an is going to be OK.
The police notified my sister last evening stating he did not survive.
