Joyce Arlene Knauer (Banks) and Abel Rodriguez-Colon from Emporium, Pa are pleased to announce the arrival of Angelina Arlene Rodriguez who was born on January 15th at Cole Memorial. Angelina weighed 11lbs. 4.4 ounces. She joins her brothers Izaiha and Cameron along with her sister Alanis.
