Welcoming Oakley David Milliron, born on January 10th at Cole Memorial

Shaina and Jacob Milliron from Coudersport, Pa are pleased to announce the arrival of Oakley David Milliron who was born on January 10th at Cole Memorial. Oakley weighed 7lbs. 10.4 ounces.
