Endangering complaint leads to charges
On Tuesday - February 19, 2013 the NY State Police Amity responded to the report of a possible endangering the welfare of a child complaint in the village of Bolivar and arrested Brian E. Phearsdorf, 30, of Bolivar, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment.
Phearsdorf was processed and arraigned before the Town of Wirt court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash $3,000 bond. A return court date was set for February 21, 2013 in the Village of Bolivar.
