Updated by Wellsboro Gazette
According to Wellsboro Chief of Police, Jim Bodine, at approximately 3:15 p.m. today a man entered the CVS store in Wellsboro and handed the clerk at the pharmacy counter a note demanding prescription drugs. The man left the store with an undetermined amount of prescription drugs on foot heading in the direction of McDonalds.

Police are looking for a white or hispanic male, mid to late 20's, approximately 190-200 lbs., 6' tall with a mustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark green Carhardt jacket with a small checked button up shirt underneath, carpenter blue jeans, light tan work boots, a olive green trapper or bomber style hat and dark sunglasses.

The robbery is still under investigation at this time and more information with photos and video will be released as soon as made available.
