State Police at Emporium cited two Emporium residents after an incident at 57 Sycamore Street, Apt. 1 in Emporium Boro just after midnight on Sunday morning.
Trooper Heim cited Kevin Fox, 41, of Emporium for Harassment following an altercation with two known victims and Kourtney Bundy, 23, of Emporium was cited for Criminal Mischief for damaging Fox's property. Estimated damage $5.
