Family Says Thanks To All

Dear Friends-

Our family wants to thank all of you for your prayers, phone calls and letters during in recent weeks.

Tom did so well at Sweden Valley Manor for three weeks and was able to come home for more than a week. Last Wednesday he began to show symptoms that something was going wrong. I took him to the doctor on Thursday but by Friday he could no longer walk and Coudersport ambulance took him to the Emergency Room.

By Friday night he was in Hamot Medical Center and they discovered fluid on the brain. They had to wait several days until his blood thinner was out of his system and Thursday morning the neurosurgeon removed a quart of fluid from his brain.

He's now responding well and we hope to transfer him back to Sweden Valley Manor early this week. It's been a nightmare but with all your prayers, he pulled through and we are so grateful. Please continue your prayers and someday he'll return home- we're sure of it.

Again- Thanks to all of you- and God Bless each and every one of you who cared.

The family of Tom Leete
