Jeanette S. Norris, 66, of Droney Road, Gifford, PA, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at The Pavilion at BRMC.

Born August 24, 1946, in Kane, she was a daughter of the late Walter S. "Jack" and Margaret (Gault) Hartle.

On February 16, 1968, she married Edward V. Edmonds, III who passed away December 21, 1974. She was then married to Richard N. Norris.

She was a 1964 graduate of Bradford High School. She had been employed at Zippo Manufacturing, The Briar Patch, McKean County Head Start and later at W.R. Case and Sons, from where she retired in 2007.

She enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles, being outdoors and spending time with family at outings and picnics.

Surviving are four children, Susan Edmonds of Erie, David (Jennifer) Edmonds of Gibsonia, Sara Edmonds of Erie and Eric Norris of Bradford; two grandchildren, Ryan Siggins and Chloe Edmonds; three sisters, her twin, Jennifer Hartle, Sheila (the late Daniel) Potter and Eve Hartle, all of Bradford; three brothers, William (the late Linda) Hartle of Erie, Daniel Hartle of Derrick City and Brian Hartle of Bradford; one sister in law Jane Hartle of Lewis Run; three aunts, Jeanette Hugill of Port Allegany, Shirley Gault of Smethport and Kate Gault of Colorado; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Robert "Bob" Hartle.

Family will be receiving friends on Saturday, February 23, 2013, from 11:00 to 1:00pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 372 East Main Street, where funeral and committal services will be held at 1:00pm, with Rev. Robert Gorton, pastor of The People's Christian Fellowship Church officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.
