She was born on July 11, 1983 in Bradford, the daughter of Evelyn Meyer and the late Gary Fowler.
She loved being outdoors and spending time with her family. She loved animals especially cats and dogs.
In addition to her mother, Evelyn Gurtman, Kane, she is also survived by one daughter, Delaney Jozwiak, Houston, TX, two brothers, Terry Proper and Scott Meyer, both of Titusville, father, David Kinney, Angier, NC, maternal grandfather, Edward R. Meyer, Jr., Yoakum, TX, paternal grandfather, William Fowler, Bradford, grandmother, Nancy Kinney, Bradford and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her father, Gary Fowler, she was also preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, maternal grandmother and a grandfather.
There will be no visitation. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial service at 3:00 PM on Friday, March 1, 2013 at the First Wesleyan Church, Bradford, with the Rev. Chris Terbush officiating.
