Marcia Eckman, 72, of Warren, PA

Marcia Eckman, 72, of Warren, PA, died Tuesday morning, February 4, 2013 at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Home after a courageous battle with cancer. 

She was born February 3, 1941 in Warren, PA to the late Marshall and Edith Eldridge Dahl. She was a lifelong Warren area resident and was employed with the former New Process Company in the mailing dept. retiring after 24 years employment. 

She was a member Hessell Valley Church where she enjoyed spending time with her new friends. Marcia was a very family oriented woman, who dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to travel, was a huge fan of the New York Jets and especially loved former quarterback, Joe Namath. She loved spoiling her animals and gardening. 

She is survived by her soulmate and best friend, Richard "Dick" Wadsworth of Warren, PA, her Children Jill Morley and husband, Jerry of Warren, PA, Danny Eckman and wife, Maureen of West Middlesex, PA, Darlene Hintz of Jamestown, NY, Dickie Wadsworth of Denver, CO, 2 Sisters Sabre Ristau of Warren, PA, Laura Greenwald of Las Vegas, NV, 2 Brothers Elwin "Sonny" Dahl and wife, Marie of TN, Calvin Dahl and wife, Alberta of Lakeland, FL, Grandchildren Ashley, Chelsea, Alexandria, Logan, Donna, Jerry, Rachel, Kelly, Corrie, Kyle, Shelby, and Mark. Several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Sons Lee Eckman and Herbie Wadsworth, 1 Brother Butch Dahl. 

Friends may call at the Hessell Valley Church, Chandlers Valley, PA, on Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. when a memorial service will be conducted by Rev. Nancy Schwanke, Pastor, officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions may be made through the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Home, % Hospice of Warren County, 2 Crescent Park, Warren, PA 16365 or the Hessell Valley Church.
