Ahhhh was it necessary to cite her for not wearing a seat belt? I didn't even know you could be cited as an unrestrained passenger. I was suprised they didn't sight the driver for too fast for conditions or driving at a safe speed.

Every day I read about someone that couldn't keep their car on the road. There are too many people that simply don't pay attention or drive too fast. I hope everyone here was ok,, but I would imagine that most times, a ticket is justified.

Poster 5:55. Since you have never been in an accident and must be such an amazing driver, maybe you can teach these horrible drives how it's done. Or wait, maybe you can not jump to conclusions as you have no idea why this happend. We live in the country, with wild animials, and windey roads, and it is winter it happens.
