Hebron Center Christian School will be hosting an “All You Can Eat Dinner” featuring Spaghetti & Meatballs Or Chicken & Biscuits with a choice of vegetable and numerous choices of dessert......It will be held at Hebron Center Christian School in the gymnasium on Thursday, April 28th, 2016. BRADFORD, Pa. — The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford will hold a three-part sports psychology workshop starting Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the Seneca Building downtown Bradford.

Pan Fanaritis, former associate professor and chair of physical education at Denison University, will lead the sessions. A few of Fanaritis’s coaching accomplishments include three NCAA Division I National Champions, three American Record Performances, a world record, and multiple Coach of the Year Awards.

Each session takes place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in Room 200 of the Seneca Building, located at 2 Main Street in Bradford. The cost is $25 per session. Those who attend all three sessions can pay a special price of $69.

The first session, “Performance Enhancement Techniques,” will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13. Fanaritis will go over techniques such as relaxation, meditation, self-hypnosis, visualization and more.

The second session, “Personal Growth and Development,” will take place Wednesday, Feb. 20. During the session the participants will learn about the importance of self-confidence and skills to develop a healthy level of confidence.

The third session, “Leadership and Team Dynamics,” will happen on Wednesday, Feb. 27. The session will cover productive communication, team building and leadership skills.

The three-part workshop is geared toward upper high school and college athletes and coaches at any level. Participants will receive information on theories and techniques that will give them a “mental edge” over their competition.
