I'll give you 200 cash....
Generally speaking, without looking at it, $2,000 minimum.
minum of 2500 and seen them up too 5500 depends on how bad you want one or screwed someones family heirloom up !!!!!!!!!!!!LOL
Dont know where these prices are coming from but let me tell you if this is a second year production it is worth anywhere fron 1000.00 to 1200.00 and thats just in good shape. To the guy that suggested 200.00 what did you want a pic of the gun!!! Any way at best although good you should get at least 1500.00 out of it. Dont sell to those LOW BALLERS!! Nice piece of history.
I have to agree with poster 5:10, Pre 64 model 70's are highly sought after for not only their history but their overall performance, I definitely would say anywhere from $1200 - $1700 assuming its in good "Original" Condition, If restored it could affect the price & not necessarily in a good way... Collectors & enthusiasts alike are looking for original condition with good bluing & finish... Hold out for the right offer, the payout will be worth the wait... Good luck!
What my $200.00 is no good hear?
Everyone wants something crazy for their guns these days. not like this gun is incredibly rare. Probably looks like it was drug behind a pickup truck. Attach a picture next time.
hell i would hold on to it. no gun is worth selling in my book.
Some sources for value are Used Gun Values Blue Book, any of several online gun auctions such as Gunbroker.com. As with any antique condition has everything to do with what it will sell for! If some previous owner decided to "customize" it you definitely will not get top dollar.
They run around $5,500.00 easily.

I see in Calif they want to make id a law that you have to carry liability ins on all your guns. Whether they are on display as a collection or actually used.
Land and Guns are worth more than life itself.. just saying..
the gun is only worth what someone will pay for it.....just sayin
Once again , comments which you do not agree with are censored and those which fit your agenda are printed, just like when your relative was in trouble. I submitted comments of BOTH kinds to do a survey, and positive comments were posted and negative comments were not. LOL what a joke.
