Heads of Game, Fish and Boat Commissions Offer Annual Reports

The House Game and Fisheries Committee, which I chair, met this week to accept annual reports from the heads of the Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. The meetings also provided the opportunity to question Game Commission Executive Director Carl Roe and Fish and Boat Commission Executive Director John Arway about a number of issues of concern to the sportsman community.

  Trout Stocking Schedules Available

Pennsylvania trout stocking schedules are now available online in preparation for opening day of trout season in April. A total of 733 streams and 124 lakes will be stocked as a part of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission’s 2013 adult trout stocking program. Check out the schedule here.
