Route 15 SB lane closure north of Trout Run today
A hazmat contractor will be working at the scene of a previous crash along Route 15, a few miles north of Trout Run (Lycoming County) today.
To facilitate access to the crash scene, the contractor will close the southbound passing lane of Route 15 between the Steam Valley Exit and Trout Run for most of the day. The closure may be in effect from 8:30 a.m. to around 4 p.m.
Motorists are further advised that there may be a few short, intermittent traffic stoppages for southbound traffic during the recovery work. Be alert to that possibility in the work zone north of Trout Run today.
