A Shinglehouse man was taken to the Potter County jail after State Police was called to a domestic disturbance last Saturday at 2:30 PM at 2420 Honeoye Street in Sharon Township.
Jared Dale Clark, 30, of Shinglehouse, PA, was found by State Police to have an active felony warrant from Chesterfield, VA.
Trooper Kyle Butler said Clark was taken into custody and charged with one count of Arrest Prior To Requisition. He was arraigned before on-call District Judge Delores Weiss who set bail at $20,000. straight cash. Clark was remanded to the Potter County jail to await extradition to Virginia.
