Route 642 closed at crash scene east of Milton tonight

 Feb. 8, 2013 @ 7:50 p.m.

 Motorists in Northumberland County are advised that a section of Route 642 is closed in East Chillisquaque Township at this hour.

 Route 642 is closed between Mexico Road and Dance Hall Road at the scene of a crash that brought down utilities.

 A detour is set up using Mexico Road, Creek Road and Bridge Road.

 PPL is on the scene. The road is expected to be reopened to traffic later tonight.
