A Ulysses woman was charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct after an argument turned physical in the Parking Lot area of 171 A, Academy Avenue in the Village of Genesee on Sunday at 4:30 PM.
Corporal Robert W. Joseph said Rachel Lynn Preston, 20, of Ulysses, PA, punched Angie Marie Keegan, 29, of Genesee, PA, in the chin with a closed fist subjecting the victim to physical contact which served no legitimate purpose. During the course of the argument, Preston used profane language numerous times while in a public area causing annoyance and alarm to people around her. This action served no legitimate purpose.
Preston will answer the charges before District Court 55-4-01. The investigation is continuing.
