Welcoming Jocelyn Rose Frost, born on February 12, 2012 at Saint Vincent’s Hospital

Cari Lynn Hurd and Richard Cody Frost of Erie Pa, formerly of Shinglehouse, Pa, are pleased to announce the birth of their first child Jocelyn Rose Frost, born on February 12, 2012 at 9:00 pm. She weighed 6 lb’s 6oz and is 19 inches long. Jocelyn was born at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Erie Pa.

Jocelyn join's her step brother Garette Frost.
