* LOCATIONS...WESTERN ALLEGHENIES AND CENTRAL MOUNTAINS.

* HAZARD TYPES...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN MIXING WITH LIGHT SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS....LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE. AROUND
AN INCH OF SNOW.

* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN WILL MOVE IN SHORTLY BEFORE SUNRISE...AND
WILL TRANSITION TO LIGHT SNOW DURING THE MID MORNING HOURS.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL ON UNTREATED ROADS AND BRIDGES.
