Customer Praises Potter County Veterinary Clinic

Doctors and Staff of Potter County Veterinary Clinic, LLC,

We find it very difficult to write this message, but are compelled to share with you our experience with your clinic. On Friday, August 12th, we stopped by for an appointment to address some of our concerns with Coby. His lack of energy, vomiting, and changing eating habits had us quite concerned. Ultimately it was determined by blood tests that Coby was experiencing complications of kidney failure.

This was a very troubling diagnosis, but one that was presented with kindness and empathy, supported by data that painted a relative clear picture of our “next steps”. Your patience and support as we navigated our course of action showed grace and concern, not only for Coby, but for us as we came to terms with the situation. Losing a valuable member of any family is traumatic, but the care you demonstrated throughout this process gave us peace knowing that it was the right call for Coby.

I find great joy knowing that your services will be shared with many more pet owners who trust their family members to your care. I have the upmost confidence that their experiences will provide the same satisfaction we felt as we left your office. Thank you for your grace during this difficult time. It is truly deeply appreciated.

Ron and Karen Hallett
