Hebron Center Christian School will be hosting an “All You Can Eat Dinner” featuring Spaghetti & Meatballs or Chicken & Biscuits with a choice of vegetable and numerous choices of dessert…..It will be held at the Hebron Center Christian School in the gymnasium on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017……..Suggested Donations for the dinner are as follows: Seniors- $6.50, Adults and Youth 12-18- $8.00, Students Under 12- $6.00, Children 5 and under-FREE!........Family Rate-$25.00….. Time will be from 4:00-7:30 p.m. The Hebron Center Christian School students hosting this dinner will be attending the annual ACE International Student Convention at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP)……. ALL proceeds will benefit these students…………A bake sale will also be on the site.

McKean County Conservation District Accepts Grant from Shell

On July 12, 2016, Amanda Peterson, Community Liaison Officer of Shell Exploration and Production Company, presented McKean County Conservation District Board Chairman Kerry Fetter, District Manager Sandy Thompson, and Resource Conservationist Lindsay Shine with a grant check for $40,000.00 for conservation programs in McKean County. 

The funds will be utilized for the ongoing streambank stabilization and fish habitat program to prevent streambank erosion and pollution from sediment and place in-stream habitat structures. Numerous McKean County landowners will benefit from the program and stream health and habitat for aquatic organisms will be improved. Projects restore riparian areas and in-stream fish habitat through designed projects.
