Two men are in Potter County Jail in Coudersport on allegations they sold controlled substances in Potter County.
Benjamin James Strayer, 33, of 14 ½ E. Second St., Apt. B, Coudersport, and
Martin Alexander Howell, 22, of 1 Bridge St., Galeton, are each charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, both felonies; and criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony, court records stated. Read more...
