Wellsville Police arrested Justin M. Haynes, age 28, of Genesee, PA, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, AUO 3rd and Fail to notify of address change. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village. Haynes was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Haynes was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail. Haynes is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 20th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Okey J. Foster, age 29 of Millerstown, PA, charging him with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at Tops in Wellsville. Foster was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Foster was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail. Foster is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 20th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Zackery D. Truax, age 22 of Andover, charging him with Criminal Trespass 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took place on Seneca Street in the Village. Truax was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Truax was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail. Truax is due back in Wellsville Village Court on Septmeber 20th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Patrick W. Gallagher Jr, age 25 of Wellsville and Thomas O. Miles, age 46 of Wellsville, charging them with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place on W. Hanover Street on August 13th. Gallagher and Miles were processed, issued appearance tickets and released. Gallagher and Miles are both due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 23rd at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested William O. Colburn, age 31 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI and DWI w/BAC of .08% or more. The charges stem from a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the Village of Wellsville. Colburn was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Colburn is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 23rd at 4:30 pm.

Good job catching those DUIs! That will be $40-50k spent on lawyers, fines and court costs. That's what our economy needs, keep that money circulating.
