it's the law! they didn't get the blood drawn in time.. Not her fault it should be dismissed...

Yep, you're sure right on !!!!!

Regardless of whether the blood draw shows she was DUI or not she is still responsible for this mans death and the serious injury of another person. Either way she is guilty of vehicular homicide.

She still *allegedly* killed someone with her car! My ass it should be dismissed...maybe changed to regular vehicular homicide, but definitely not totally dismissed.
As for the potential new ruling that police need a warrant to do a blood draw, that's absolute b.s. You really think police can get a warrant from a judge in enough time (2 hours) when they pull someone over at 3 a.m. for DUI?? Especially in our area with no cell service in a lot of places. People always have the right to refuse a blood draw, so how is it an obstruction of privacy? Basically if this precedent ruling is considered for PA, go wild everyone, because DUI charges will be useless.

She still did it LOL, getting off on a technicality doesnt make it any less true !! This is whats wrong with people.. this little bitch shouldnt have killed that guy or injured the other.. I hope she rots

Damn Lawyers.......

There are exceptions to the "2 hour rule". They are very specific within the DUI law. Just because your blood draw happened over 2 hours later, doesn't mean that you are automatically in the clear. You just stand a better chance at fighting it with the Cameron and Elk county super liberal judges. And making the lawyers more money.
