By Frank Williams
WESB Local News

The McKean County Drug Task Force has been busy this week making several arrests around the county.

The McKean County District Attorney’s Office, in a press release, announced the arrests of Amber McKinney, Zach Harter, Holly Zawatski, Mark Burlingame and Ryan Butterbaugh. They report that Richard Butterbaugh III remains at large and is wanted for drug delivery in the county.

There are active warrants for Butterbaugh’s arrest in Buffalo and McKean County.

Anyone who knows his whereabouts should phone the DA’s office at 814-887-3312, extension 3 or 5.

Amen McKean Drug Task Force, plz keep them off the streets, you can arrest them but you know once they're out, they go right back at it !

Yes, they go right back at it because it hinders their opportunity to find more than menial employment. If anything, these individuals should recieve treatment instead of being regarded negatively. It amazes me how PA has yet to progress in terms of it's commonwealth legal system.

Why do they think when looking for a job they should start at the top of the pay scale???? I started at the bottom and worked my way up. Are they special or What????Are you telling me they have to start at the top yo support their illegal addiction habit????

Then maybe we should make it easier for someone that's addicted to afford help plenty of bitching not much thought to fixing the problem

Help needs to be easier to get. Even menial min wage jobs are hard to get with a criminal record. No job, no treatment, no hope.. yeah. right back to what got them there in the first place. Nothing will change until there life ends! That leaves a huge hurt for the family of the addict. Just look at Dani's Ripple Effect. Not everyone is a mother/father, but everyone has a mother and a father.

Medical Marijuana is an alternative. States that have it have seen a reduction in opiate OD's and deaths. States with Recreational have seen a drop in crime as well. It seems that the corporate lobbyists in Washington are doing their best to keep themselves in business, which is making money while others suffer. the American Legion supports marijuana for vets. let's legalize this plant, instead of the legal pain killer pills that people get addicted to and ruin lives, families, towns and communities

It's actually Ryan who is on the run! Took off even with his mom posting bail of 40,000. Scum
