Potter County Farmers' Market on Friday beginning at 1:00 p.m. in Couidersport

Come and celebrate the harvest season at the Potter County Farmers' Market on Friday beginning at 1:00 p.m. Vendors set up weekly in downtown Coudersport on the lot adjacent to the courthouse square. Generally the market goes until 5:00 p.m. or until items are sold out.

Those planning to participate this week include:

Alpaca Creations: New socks with sheep design, lots of yarn as well as several new hand-knit apparel pieces.

Barbara's Creations: Items sewn from up cycled felted wold and hand-knit baby socks.

Mahlon Davenport: Woodcrafts featuring something new and different each week along with a few plant-ripened tomatoes.

Metzger Heritage Organic Farm: All USDA Certified Organic produce including heirloom and specialty tomatoes; several varieties of apples; gourmet new potatoes; hot peppers; beets, fresh-cut sunflowers and zinnias. Accepting FMNP checks.

Miles Farm Produce: Onions, tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers and squash. Accepting FMNP checks.

Card Creek Winery: Locally-made wines, some from locally-sourced fruit.

Card Creek Bakery: Assortment of breads, baked goods and other goodies.
