Two Die In Early Morning Crash On Brandy Camp Road

FOX TOWNSHIP – Two people were killed in a one-vehicle crash early Friday morning in Elk County.

Travis Kline, 42, of Kersey, and Jessica Martini, 34, of St. Marys, were pronounced dead at the scene.

State police in Ridgway said the crash occurred at 1:34 a.m. when Martini’s vehicle, a 2004 Buick Rendezvous, failed to negotiate a left-hand curve on Brandy Camp Road.

The car left the road, struck a sign and then a tree.

Police are investigating.

Our sincerest condolences to both families. I didn't know Jessica but Travis' cousin was one of my best friends in the 80s-90's. Travis often went on road trips and out dancing with us. He was a kind, decent & happy guy and really knew how to have fun. He was probably the best dancer, Elk Co ever saw.
So saddened by these young lives cut short. I regret, I'm out of area & will be unable to give my condolences in person. I know his parents are good, honest & loving people and it pains me to think of their loss & grief. You'll be fondly remembered and sadly missed, dear Travis.
