U.S. Air Force Airman Aaron C. Stives Graduates Basic Training

FOR THOSE WHO SERVE

U.S. Air Force Airman AARON C. STIVES recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Stives is the son of Kevin Stives, and Tina Kilmer Leet, both of Bradford, PA, and the grandson of Jim and Shirley Clark of Rixford, PA, and Bill and Barb Kilmer of Kane, PA. He is a graduate of Bradford Area Senior High School and will be serving at the Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware.

Thank you for serving! Thank you, also, to your family for the sacrifices they will make while you serve.

I echo 10:59. What an honorable thing to do for a young man. Service to your country and learning valuable life lessons. Thank you Aaron. Parents, Grandparents and family members should be proud also.
