***WORKING STRUCTURE FIRE***
CVFC crews were dispatched to the 2000 block of SR 305 for reports of a house filling with smoke. Chiefs 50, 501, 503, and Engine 2 (Capt Sharp) responded shortly after page out followed by Engine 1 (S. Sharp), Tanker 7 (R. Truax), and Mini 4 (R. Miller). Upon arrival of the chief, the working fire was dispatched bringing in Cuba, Portville, and Weston's Mills to the scene. After forcing entry to the basement, the interior crew of FF Abdo and Capt Sharp encountered heavy smoke conditions with moderate heat. Utilizing the TIC, they located the small fire which had extended into the first floor structure. Additional crews from Cuba checked for further extension into the first floor while the basement was ventilated. Control was marked at the 30 minute mark with extensive ventilation required. There is no cause determined as the investigation is currently ongoing. All crews were released and BIS around 04:30.
