Time’s Running Out To Purchase Dinner Auction Tickets

A few tickets remain for Coudersport Public Library's Books Unlimited Gala, scheduled for Friday evening, Oct. 21, at the St. Eulalia Parish Center. The evening begins with an auction preview at 5:00 p.m., and features heavy hors d'oeuvres, along with Bag, Silent and Verbal auctions and a variety of raffles.
Highlighting this year’s auction lists are several signed sports jerseys, in addition to multiple sets of tickets to Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres games, including four tickets to the Buffalo Bills vs. Pittsburgh Steelers matchup on December 11, as well as tickets to a 2017 Pittsburgh Pirates home game. Antique furniture, a wide variety of merchandise and gift certificates for local restaurants and services and unique items by local artists, photographers and artisans are also on the auction schedule.

Books Unlimited is the Library's major annual fundraiser, accounting for a large percentage of the operating budget. Tickets cost $30 each and are available at the Library. For more information, call the Library at 274-9382.
