Hebron Center Christian School will be hosting an “All You Can Eat Dinner” featuring Spaghetti & Meatballs or Chicken & Biscuits with a choice of vegetable and numerous choices of dessert…..It will be held at the Hebron Center Christian School in the gymnasium on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017……..Suggested Donations for the dinner are as follows: Seniors- $6.50, Adults and Youth 12-18- $8.00, Students Under 12- $6.00, Children 5 and under-FREE!........Family Rate-$25.00….. Time will be from 4:00-7:30 p.m. The Hebron Center Christian School students hosting this dinner will be attending the annual ACE International Student Convention at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP)……. Armed woman in standoff with police at Walmart Monday

A terrifying situation came to a peaceful and quick resolution Monday night when a woman entered Walmart with a loaded handgun — and had a brief standoff with police.

Foster Township Police Chief Tom Munn said the 57-year-old woman from the Bradford area — whose name he declined to release at this point — entered the store at 7:42 p.m. carrying a 9 mm handgun. She approached a female employee and asked for help. The employee was able to get away from her and immediately reported the incident to management, which contacted McKean County 911.

“We were dispatched at 7:48 p.m.,” Munn said. “Two of our officers responded and immediately reviewed the security tapes.” Read more...
