looks like a nice cat.. why was it abandon twice? What's it's issue.. Come clean on the little fur ball so someone might adopt it.. Is this asking to much?

How much does it cost to adopt a cat from this place and how do you go about it?

We do not know why he was abandoned. He is having no issues in his foster home. Please contact the number listed in the ad to find out more about him and/or adoption procedures. Having limited space in the ad, we are only able to list so much.

Just because an animal was abandoned several times does not mean there is an issue with the animal, rather the issues are probably that of the owners. There are too many wonderful pets left in these shelters because of the misconception that there is something wrong with them. Many if not most of them just need a good faithful owner.
