A Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, man is dead following a car crash Thursday.

Jesse L. Satterlee, 25, of Lawrenceville, was driving a Toyota Corolla west on Gee Road at around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in Farmington Township, Pennsylvania, when Satterlee overcompensated a left hand curve and crossed into the eastbound lane and became airborne, state police at Mansfield said in a news release. Satterlee struck the Elkhorn Creek culvert - north of Bache Road - which caused the vehicle to spin and land facing east in the creek.

Passenger Nathan S. Austin, 33, of Wellsboro, was freed by non-mechanical means. His injuries are unknown.

Satterlee was removed from the vehicle by fire and EMS personnel and transported to Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital. He died the next day.
