Rotarian, John Abplanalp brought two students of Citizens of Tomorrow Program from the Coudersport High School to speak at Rotary today.

Elliott Hite, the son of Jeremy and Tina Hite told us about his current school activates. He is active in Football, Basketball, and is the Treasurer of the Spanish Club. In addition, he is active in the Treasurer of the Fly Fishing Club and is involved with the Varsity Club. Elliott’s after school activities include Hunting, Fishing and just loves hanging out with his family, as they are his world as is glad he has a family like his.

After graduation, Elliott plans to attend a 4-year college majoring in environmental science with a minor in biology.

Dane Sevinsky, the son of Tami Sevinsky, and Steve and Paula Sevinsky also spoke about his activities in and out of school. Dane’s current school activities include the Marching, Concert, Steel, and Jazz bands. He also enjoys any other types of bands and enjoys music. He will be attending the District 2 Band competition along with several other students. His outside of school activities include a little bit of Hockey, Hunting, Fishing and listening to music. After graduation, Dane plans to attend a 4-year college for Music Performance. Dane plays drums of any kind as well other musical instruments. In Marching Band, he plays tenor drums, in Concert Band he plays pretty much anything. Dane is a very talented musician.

Thank you very much Elliott and Dane. Rotary welcomes you back any time to give us an update on your adventures in life. We wish you both the best of everything the world has to offer.

Did Ya Know? The exchange of club banners is a significant tradition of Rotary and serves as a tangible symbol of our international fellowship

Thought for Today. On Thanksgiving Day all over America, families sit down to dinner at the same moment – halftime

Respectfully Submitted,
Cathy Bowers
