Hebron Center Christian School will be hosting an “All You Can Eat Dinner” featuring Spaghetti & Meatballs or Chicken & Biscuits with a choice of vegetable and numerous choices of dessert…..It will be held at the Hebron Center Christian School in the gymnasium on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017……..Suggested Donations for the dinner are as follows: Seniors- $6.50, Adults and Youth 12-18- $8.00, Students Under 12- $6.00, Children 5 and under-FREE!........Family Rate-$25.00….. Time will be from 4:00-7:30 p.m. The Hebron Center Christian School students hosting this dinner will be attending the annual ACE International Student Convention at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP)……. ALL proceeds will benefit these students…………A bake sale will also be on the site.

Flood Restoration Project Begins in This Week

Montoursville – Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 9, work to restore multiple roads damaged in the recent flash flooding in Sullivan and Lycoming counties will begin.
The contractor first will begin working on Route 4001 (Elk Creek Road) in Fox Township, Sullivan County. This work includes repairs to the roadway, shoulder and structures.

Traffic will be reduced to a single lane with flaggers providing traffic control. Work will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. during week days.
Other roads included in this project include Route 4008 in Elkland Township, Sullivan County, Route 4010 (Hoppestown Road) in Hillsgrove Township, Sullivan County, and Route 1013 (Ellenton Mountain Road) in McNett Township, Lycoming County.

This project is expected to be completed in mid-December, weather permitting.

Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc. is the prime contractor on the $334,000 project.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by visiting 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 770 traffic cameras.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional Twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
