Saturday at the PA Farm Show
Tomorrow is your last chance to visit the 101st Pennsylvania Farm Show.

Check out the livestock judging, including sheep judging in the Small Arena, Boer Goat judging in the North West Hall, Horse Pulls in the New Holland Arena, and the Pennsylvania Equine Showcase in the Equine Arena. The Great Ice Cream Scooper Challenge starts at 1:00 p.m. at the Culinary Connection Stage located in the main hall.

Start your day at 8:30 a.m., with an Antique Tractor Restoration Presentation at the Lancaster Farming Stage located behind the Food Court.  And plan to end the day at the PRCA Circuit Finals Rodeo, beginning in the New Holland Arena at 5:00 p.m.

In between, at the Culinary Connection Stage in the main hall, it is Dairy Day! The Great Ice Cream Scooper Challenge starts at 1:00 p.m. at the Culinary Connection Stage. Come see and sample from a series of cooking demonstrations at the Culinary Connection Stage, featuring Jason Clark at 11 a.m., Tina Jackson at noon, Christopher Mohr at 2 pm, and Jason Viscount at 3 pm. The final Cooking Demonstration of the 2017 Farm Show will begin at 4:00 p.m. with Chad Brumbaugh.

Don’t miss your last chance to take in a short class – or a half dozen short classes – at the Farm Show’s new educational sensation: the AG 101 experience! Modern Agriculture Production takes the stage first, with sessions beginning at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and then again at 1 p.m.  For all things barns, visit the AG 101 sessions at noon the grand finale at 2 p.m.

Need your apple a day? Don’t leave the Farm Show without attending the apple auction at 3 pm in the main hall! This popular event gives Farm Show fans a chance to buy Pennsylvania apples by the bag, just like at the farmers market. These apples are sweet and crispy, so take some home to eat or bake.

We’re looking forward to having YOU help send off the 2017 Pennsylvania Farm Show with a bang!
