Resident asked about the Conservation Department meeting for WhiteTail on Barden Brook – Chairman will check with Conservation Department
Resident asked if it would be more feasible to purchase a new truck vs. a used truck – Supervisors will discuss

The Ceres Township Reorganizational Meeting, and the first regular meeting for 2017, will be on Tuesday, 3 January, at 3:30 PM. Remainder of regular monthly meetings will remain the first Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM.
The first Auditors’ meeting for 2017 will be Wednesday, 4 January, at 4:00
McKean County Conservation Department discussion regarding WhiteTail Road on Barden Brook

2017 Budget for approval – motion made by Jeffery Moyer to approve budget as presented, 2nd by Joseph Neal, 3rd by Mitchell Gross.
Old International truck – truck will be put out for bid

Auditors will be paid for services provided in 2016
Supervisor Mitchell Gross recommended being cautious for money spent during next few months.
Supervisors will meet to decide on specifications for new truck.
Supervisors want road workers to be more specific of work done when doing timesheets.
Supervisors will review all of the Ceres Township Ordinances.

Roadmaster will have a report at the February 2017 meeting for residents regarding repairs, maintenance, and road work projects expected to be done within the township for 2017.

The next regular monthly meeting will be 3 January 2017, following the Reorganizational Meeting, which will begin at 3:30 PM. The meeting will be held at 12 Barbertown Road in Ceres Township.
