Traffic stop leads to drug charge
http://standardspeaker.com/news/police-jan-7-1.2139414

A traffic stop Dec. 29 on Interstate 80 in Foster Township led state police to charge a Potter County man with possession of cocaine.

John R. Malaczewski, 26, of Galeton was charged after troopers found a bag of cocaine in the compartment beneath the radio of the car, which they stopped for traveling at 75 mph in a 65-mph zone, an affidavit states.

Malczewski was driving the car in which Donald Diehl Jr. was a passenger, but Malaczewski said the cocaine was his, according to the affidavit.

He was released after posting 10 percent of $25,000 bail and awaits a preliminary hearing scheduled with District Judge Daniel O’Donnell on Monday at 9 a.m. in Sugarloaf Township.

So if he was stopped for speed how did they find drugs if they were not in plain sight ???

Your wrong doings surely find you out, great job PSP !!!!! YA GOTTA LOT MORE TO CATCH....

They probably searched his car, he might have given them reason to search not only him but also his car, the point is here, they caught him with cocaine, thank God he was caught, who cares if the drug was or wasn't in plain sight !!!!!!

Exactly who cares if was or wasn't in plain sight I believe cops should be able to profile and search at every traffic stop without reason. If your vehicle is legal and your not breaking any laws than why would you care if they conduct a quick search.. If people where serious about getting illegal drugs and firearms off the streets they would loosen up the restraints on cops so they can do the freaking job we pay them to do..

I have nothing to hide but the cops still need a damn good reason to search my vehicle. 322, go back to china or Russia, cuba, mexico wherever you are from. And remember, Bernie and killary lost

About time he got caught. Seems the local PD just turns their head to certain people

Nice try 4:51 I voted TRUMP and don't worry yourself I'm 110% white!! Then don't complain if you or a loved one gets hooked on drugs or shot just saying because it can happen especially this day in age. Oh and a bit of advice Trump is actually in favor of cops profiling ect. If you don't believe me I advise you to do some research.

Listen 4:51, I agree with 3:22
I did not vote for Hillary, nor Bernie,it's about time this Dude was caught, I certainly wouldn't want him on the streets any longer selling cocaine to another young person or even an adult. By the way I'm not from China, I'm not from Cuba, nor Russia, nor Mexico, Cocaine kills,!!!!
3:22 is right on, Our police are restraint from doing their jobs 100%, they walk on a thin line ALL the time, always being accused of things they DO NOT do,
I have nothing to hide either, b/c I have nothing to hide they can search me, they can search my car,
I have respect for our Police, they sacrifice themselves to keep us safe and by getting this dude off the streets, I commend them !!!!!
