Years ago she was involved with the PTA, was an active member of the Drum-Alongs auxiliary of the Bucktail Regiment Jr. Drum & Bugle Corps, and was a member of the ladies organization of the Cameron County Centennial.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter-in-law Patricia Olivett, a great grandson Aidan S. Umble, and 5 siblings, Ellen Brown, Blanche Gyurina, Joyce Erway, Mary Alexander and Jack Conway making her the last surviving member of the Emporium Conway family.

Visitations with memorial tribute will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, January 26 in the Coppersmith-Condon Funeral Home, Emporium where Funeral & Committal Services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Joseph Short, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating.
