I-80 EB Ramp Closed Tomorrow Morning at Danville/Route 54 Interchange

Eastbound Lane Restriction Also Will be in Place

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 11, the Interstate 80 eastbound on-ramp from Danville/Route 54 in Montour County will be closed. The right (driving) lane of I-80 eastbound also will be closed from the Danville Interchange to the Columbia County line.
The closure is needed so a contractor can repair damage caused by a vehicle crash that occurred Monday night.
The closures will be between the hours of 5 a.m. and 9 a.m.
A detour for the I-80 eastbound ramp will be Route 54 east to Route 11 north to Route 42 north to the I-80 Interchange at Buckhorn.
There may be delays. Motorists should plan extra time for their travels.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by visiting 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 770 traffic cameras.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional Twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
