REMINDER!
Registration is free for the 19th Annual Youth and Family Field Day Saturday, June 10, at the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum on Route 6 between Galeton and Coudersport from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. near mile marker 187.
This event allows youth, between the ages of ages 10 to 16, to get acquainted with a variety of outdoor sports and recreation activities. Professional instructors will go over the basics of: Archery – PA Certified Bow instructor; Pellet Gun shooting – 4H club; BB Gun – National Wild Turkey Federation; Fly Casting – Trout Unlimited; Trapping –PA Trappers Association; Astronomy – PA State Parks; Wild Life Identification – PA Game Commission; and Tree Identification –PA Bureau of Forestry.
Pre-registration is required by June 8, 2017. Youth must be accompanied by an adult; all supplies and equipment are provided; youth receive a free t-shirt and free lunch to all participants. Sign-in at the registration table on Saturday between 8:15 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
